Shipping policy
Gooslings ships all over the world, with tracking.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the order as well as the country.
Timeline: Ready made products ship within 2 days. Custom orders will take around 3 weeks to complete and ship depending on the size of the order.
Damaged Parcel Claims: I pack all of my order with the greatest of care, and very rarely have any issues. However, if you end up in the minuscule percentage, please email me immediately! I will either send you a replacement piece or a refund depending on your preference. I will need a few things from you in order to proceed.
